How picking works.
Fallback scores, used when auto-scoring is off or unavailable:
Your key is stored only on this device and is sent only to the AI service. It is never saved to your account and no one else can see it.
Reminders appear while the board is open or sitting in a background tab. They cannot arrive when the app is fully closed, because that needs a server this tool deliberately does not have.
The board saves automatically as you work. These give you a copy you control. Backups include goals, learned corrections, and both modes' settings.

Pick a file or paste text. You will see how many tasks it holds before anything changes.
Once a day, the board copies itself aside. The last seven are kept, so you can step back to any of them. These live in the same storage as the board, so they protect against a mistake, not against losing the storage itself. That is what the file backup above is for.
